It is very simple to make your application reviewed. You are going to do the following steps:


1- Click on New Support Ticket button at the top right of the homepage of our support center.

2- Fill the form carefully by following the instruction below: 

  • Write your email address correctly since all responds will be sent to that email.
  • Uploading the required documents you have (high school exam results and its transcripts or international exams like SAT or A-level) using + Attach a file button. If you have additional documents like TOEFL or IELTS you can add them up. Do not submit any identification documents (personal photo or passport).
  • Choose "Reviewing application" from Help Topic.
  • At the description filed, please do list ONLY 3 programs that you are willing to apply for.
  • Now submit your form.

3- Click on Check ticket status button at the top right of the homepage of our support center so that you can see if your ticket has been reviewed or not. If you do not have account, you need to sign up with the same email that you have used to create your ticket.
