It is very simple to create ticket. You are going to do the following steps:


1- Click on New Support Ticket button at the top right of the homepage of our support center.

2- Fill the form carefully by following the instruction below: 

  • Write your email address correctly since all responds will be sent to that email.
  • Write the topic of your subject at subject filed.
  • Choose the subject from Help Topic.
  • At the description filed, please do write what exactly you want so that we can provide you with an appropriate answer.
  • Uploading the documents you need to uploaded by + Attach a file button. 
  • Now you can submit your the form.

3- Click on Check ticket status button at the top right of the homepage of our support center so that you can see if your ticket has been reviewed / answered or not. If you do not have account, you need to sign up with the same email that you have used to create your ticket.
